Time for another food challenge. This one is being dubbed “Spokavore.” To summarize: regionally grown, raised or produced food only. There are exceptions, see Spokane Food Blog for the rules. On Sunday I stocked up at Main Market and Huckleberry’s. Have a look at the results.
Here is Day 1:
Breakfast: Lifestyle Granolas cereal with Spokane Family’s Farm milk, DOMA coffee with milk
Lunch: Main Market, winter squash salad, pulled pork sandwich (yummers)
Dinner: A.C. LaRocco garlic chicken parmesan pizza
Dessert: Almond Bumble Bar
